One of a kind since 2001
I started on the Cape in 2001 as Happy Tails Pet Service, when our clients rode in a limousine to the parks to run and play. In 2010 the name became Tailsaway Pet Sitting and Dog Walking, and today we are TailsAway Sit>Walk>Play.
We are still a small family company. Laura and Luanna care for our large breed clients, Jessica loves our small and medium pups, Nick is our cat man, and I welcome all the overnight guests. For years my own dog Gina rode with me as co-pilot.
We keep learning about animal behavior and training, we consider any request, and we have a firm no bully policy. Don't be surprised if your furbaby comes home with a new toy or collar.
Services
How we care for your pets
Walks and playgroups
Sit, walk and play, with dogs matched to the right walker for their size.
Overnights
In your home, with mail brought in, plants watered, light housekeeping, a daily park trip and a report card when you get back.
Cat visits
Thirty minutes of petting and play (if they allow it), feeding and a clean litter box.
Animal communication
Help sorting out strange behaviors or sudden changes in a pet's life. This is not training.
Animal Reiki
Given by a Reiki Master for emotional and physical well-being. Not a substitute for veterinary care.
Pet portraits
Photo portraits at a location of your choice, with three to four proofs to choose from.
Not only are they prioritized, they are pampered as well.
